All pages on this site were written in vim, on a PC system running Microsoft Windows XP Professional Edition. They were tested for compatibility in Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, and Opera

All pages conform to World Wide Web Consortium HTML 4.01 Transitional and CSS 1.0 coding standards, as well as to WCAG 1.0/WAI-AA, Bobby Worldwide level-AA, and United States Section 508 accessibility guidelines. The code for this site was validated using AI Internet Solutions' CSE HTML Validator Lite version 8.03. Photographs were made using Sony Mavica FD and Kodak EasyShare CX4230 digital cameras. Graphics and photographs were created and edited using Adobe Photoshop 7.0, Micrografx Picture Publisher 10.1 and PMView Pro 3.01 and 3.03, unless otherwise noted. Braille was scanned and converted into electronic format with ABBYY FineReader Professional 6.0 and was edited and produced with the Duxbury Braille Translator.
